Access to this system is permitted on the basis of your academic or administrative appointment to a graduate unit or an appointment to an admissions panel or committee in the unit. Use of the system is governed by university policies and provincial legislation including but not limited to the Policy on Access to Student Academic Records, Statement on Appropriate Use of Information and Communication Technology, Statement on Conflict of Interest and Conflict of Commitment and the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
This system should only be accessed over secure encrypted networks. Documents and files from the system once opened should not be saved to a local computer or network and not shared with others.
